Tena and Dale Meermans started in retail flooring at a major flooring company, in entry-level sales. They worked their way up to management, learned the business from every side, and in 2013 went out on their own and started FloorCo.
In the early years we did both residential and commercial work, including installs across new neighborhoods. Over time we moved to commercial only, because that is where our experience does the most good.
Today our team brings over 100 years of combined experience to jobs of every size, from a single office refresh to multi-location rollouts, hospitals, and federal work at Fort Jackson. Every job still has one point of contact, from the first bid to the final walkthrough.
